You get a Sidekick device, stand, USB-C cable and power brick along with all the software required to run Sidekick and full support from our team. We pay for all of the shipping costs.

What happens once I order a set of Sidekicks?
Sidekick just needs power and WiFi. We provide everything else.
Do you accept other forms of payment?
Yes, if you are unable to pay with a credit card please reach out to
payments@sidekick.video and we can configure billing via ACH or other means.
How does the 1-month money back guarantee work?
If you cancel your Sidekick subscription for any reason within 30 days (after full team delivery), we'll give you a full refund. We'll work with you to coordinate shipping the device back to us and we'll cover the costs. The 30 days start from the date of first use.
Do I own the hardware?
No, you are renting the hardware from Realism Labs (dba Sidekick). This lets us upgrade your Sidekick to new versions and replace defective units at no cost to you.
